DELIVERIES

Delivery time for orders by destination:

Mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made within 48 working hours after shipment.

Madeira Island, between 48 and 96 working hours after the expedition.

Azores Islands, between 48h to 96 working hours after the expedition.

Shipping costs by destination are:

Mainland Portugal: €6.50

Portugal islands: 15€

Europe I (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Czech Rep., Switzerland) – 12€

Europe II (France (Corsica), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Sweden) – 23€

RETURNS

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the supplied products have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the ordered items. The return can be made within 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and respective identification label. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 5 working days. If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as reasons justifying the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 14 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:

– Have not been used.

– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).

– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

 

3. EXCHANGE BY SIZE OR BY OTHER ARTICLES 

To exchange one item for another, please follow the steps below.

 

HOW TO PROCEED:

STEP 1: CONTACT US

– Contact us at capsulaorganicbrand@gmail.pt, tell us the reference of your purchase and the items you want to exchange.

STEP 2: PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX AND SHIP IT

– You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return.
– Close the box and seal it with tape.
– Send the order to our address.

STEP 3: REIMBURSEMENT

After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if any). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
